Our wood-fired saunas offer the perfect combination of warmth and relaxation, while our cold water baths give you a cool, refreshing boost to wake up your body and help your circulation.

Set on the edge of Kirkcudbright Bay, this is our first and most iconic sauna location – quiet, scenic and surrounded by natural beauty.

Barend Holiday Lodges, Sandyhills

Our Barend Sauna offers a full facility experience – private pool, showers, changing areas – all set within Barend Holiday Lodges. Enjoy the stunning views overlooking the Cumbrian Hills from inside the Sauna.
